Job summary

Teleperformance Ireland seeks a Team Leader to manage a team of Client Executives in a fast-paced Irish operation. You will coach, monitor performance and escalate issues to ensure service levels meet client expectations while maintaining a positive team environment.

The role is on-site in Dublin, full-time with 40 hours per week and shift flexibility. Salary is €48,677.88 with a benefits package and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in Team Management.
• Proactive and engaged in leading others and driving performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and provide feedback to your team to drive ownership and decisions.
• Evaluate performance reports weekly and monthly.
• Spend 80% of time coaching and supporting agents, handling escalations.
• Manage performance, attendance and KPIs within the team.
• Lead by example, reinforce Teleperformance values and culture.
• Handle difficult conversations and conflicts when needed.
• Become a knowledge expert on client products and services.
• Build strong relationships with client, manager and support teams.
