Job summary

Teleperformance in Dublin is seeking a Team Leader for an on-site, full-time role. You will manage a team of Client Executives, drive performance, and coordinate productivity to meet client expectations.

The role requires coaching, escalation handling, and strong communication with the client and internal teams. The successful candidate will lead from the front, develop agents, monitor metrics, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while modelling Teleperformance values.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in Team Management.
• Background in leading others and driving performance.
• Proven ability to communicate and manage client communications.
• Knowledge of care systems such as UFE, CRM and billing/reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and provide feedback to your team to ensure ownership and sound judgement.
• Evaluate performance reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Spend 80% of time coaching and supporting agents, including escalations/complaints.
• Manage performance, attendance and KPIs while modelling Teleperformance values.
• Lead by example and maintain strong client communications and relationships.
• Handle difficult conversations and conflict as required.
• Develop knowledge of client products and services.
