Job summary

Teleperformance in Dublin seeks a Vice President of Delivery to oversee the performance of a cluster of contact centre sites with full P&L responsibility. You will drive productivity, service levels, and quality to meet client expectations while leading a multi-site team.

This senior role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and visible leadership within the Operational Delivery team. Travel may be required as part of managing sites across the Dublin cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, call centre or related field.
• 3+ years of senior management experience in a contact centre or similar high-paced environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the smooth operation of day-to-day delivery across a cluster of contact centre sites, overseeing all staff.
• Be fully accountable for performance areas across the cluster, including revenue, gross margin, and client KPIs.
• Deliver against service level targets and quality of service.
• Maintain robust reporting and data to monitor performance for internal reviews and client meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement and a strong health & safety culture across sites.
• Collaborate with other VPs and functions to achieve company objectives.
