Ballymore Group is seeking an experienced People Business Partner for a fixed-term assignment in Dublin. This role collaborates with leaders to drive business performance, engagement and organisational success while managing payroll, recruitment, onboarding and HR reporting.
You will partner with senior managers, shape HR policies, support change initiatives and ensure compliance with Irish employment law. This is an office-based contract spanning Nov 2026 to Feb 2028.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

Reporting to the People Director for UK & Ireland, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across the business, providing expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in delivering practical people solutions, managing complex employee relations matters, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, overseeing payroll processes, and using people data to inform decision-making.
You’ll be an experienced HR professional with strong business partnering capability and a passion for creating positive employee experiences.
