Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Systems Analyst, Data Foundations, to independently run day-to-day production support for our data and analytics platforms in Dublin. You’ll manage your case backlog, respond quickly, escalate with context, and help maintain runbooks.

You’ll perform frontline case, alert and escalation management, handle user provisioning and data updates, and contribute to platform reliability as you grow toward RCA ownership. Experience with Data 360/Tableau is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on platform support in an enterprise IT environment.
• Foundational knowledge of Salesforce native functionality: objects, access management, reports and dashboards, and data model administration.
• Experience with declarative tools (Flow, validation rules) and data loading (Data Loader, Workbench).
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to signals from customers and alerts; triage and investigate incidents.
• Provide Tier-2 production support: ticket triage, case management, backlog health.
• Handle user provisioning, role hierarchy, and access requests.
• Troubleshoot declarative configurations, validation errors, and data discrepancies.
• Execute scheduled data updates, bulk data loads and sandbox maintenance.
• Deliver modest declarative solutions (Flows) and platform enhancements.
• Contribute to RCAs and improve monitors, alerts, and runbooks.
