Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Systems Specialist Lead, Data Foundations to own escalations across cases, investigations, and production events on Salesforce's enterprise data and analytics platforms. You will be a frontline leader in incidents, swarming with reliability engineers and ensuring timely, quality responses to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of platform-specific development, implementation, or support in an enterprise IT environment.
• Advanced Salesforce knowledge and best practices.
• Ability to own escalations and drive incident response.
• Experience defining and tracking service level metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own escalation model for cases, intake, investigations, and SOPs across teams and time zones.
• Lead swarm sessions with SREs and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Mentor Analysts and collaborate with engineering, vendors, and business leaders.
• Define monitoring, alerting and automation with partners; manage SLAs.
