Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Systems Analyst, Data Foundations, to independently manage day-to-day production support for enterprise data and analytics platforms. You will start with triaging cases, investigating failures, and growing toward owning escalations and platform reliability.

You will document processes and contribute to playbooks for global teams. You will work within Salesforce’s Data 360, CRM Analytics, and Tableau ecosystems, partnering with Incident Command and SREs as needed, while

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
1-3 years of hands-on platform or systems support experience in an enterprise IT environment.
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201), Advanced Administrator (ADM-211), and Platform Developer I.

Responsibilities

Handle frontline case, alert, and escalation management with regional peers and leads.
Provide Tier-2 production support: ticket triage, case management, and backlog health.
Contribute to RCAs and monitor system reliability with runbooks and SOPs.
Follow and improve SOPs, document processes, and draft knowledge articles for Tier-1/2 teams.
Collaborate with development partners, engineers, and vendors across time zones.
