Job summary

Center Parcs Ltd in Ireland is seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Assistant Manager to support the Pool Manager and oversee the Subtropical Swimming Paradise. You will help manage budgets, supervise a large team, ensure water quality, and coordinate maintenance with technical services.

The role includes early mornings, weekends and bank holidays, with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over 4 weeks. A Sunday premium applies. Garda vetting is required prior to starting.

Qualifications

• RLSS Pool Lifeguard /IWS Qualification.
• First Aid Certificate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, genuine approach.
• Proven management experience, including leading large teams in a similar environment.
• Strong customer service skills, ensuring high standards and service performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

Support the Pool Manager in ensuring guest safety and smooth operation of the Subtropical Swimming Paradise. Oversee commercial performance, cost control and team management while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and water quality.

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
