Center Parcs Longford Forest invites an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the Sports Café team. You’ll drive guest experience, coach staff, and monitor financial performance in a busy, family-friendly setting.

The role requires supervisory catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You’ll work full-time, with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, plus a Sunday premium in a dynamic resort environment.

Lead and coach the team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns
• Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis
• Support back-of-house operations and work across units with varying service styles
• Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
