Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard for Aqua Sana Forest Spa, Longford Forest. You will help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment, delivering exceptional service while maintaining high standards and serene atmosphere for our guests.

This fixed-term, part-time role requires duties across early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a guaranteed 120 hours over a 4-week period and additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• RLSS Pool Lifeguard / IWS qualification required for lifeguards.
• Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative.
• Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team.
• Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Aqua Sana Forest Spa, Longford Forest | €15.73 per hour

Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines
• Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards

Please note Trainee candidates must attend a 5-day NPLQ course and employment will be subject to passing the course.

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 8th April 2027

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday

As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test.

Note: You'll need to complete a Garda vetting before starting (we'll help with that).
