Qualifications

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to communicate in an international office.
• A valid EU passport or legal right to work in Bulgaria is required.
• Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
