Qualifications

• Native or fluent Irish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for relocation)
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to thrive in an on-site professional office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria
• Proficiency in English to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction within the Customer Support Services industry
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our internal CRM systems
• Collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service protocols to enhance the overall customer experience
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information to Irish-speaking clients
