Job summary

GemPool Recruitment is recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst – Human Rights Compliance Specialist for a 12-month contract based in Dublin. The role supports a global technology, e-commerce and logistics leader, focusing on responsible sourcing, human rights, and supplier compliance across an international supply chain.

The successful candidate will manage remediation cases, coach suppliers, verify audit resolutions, and collaborate with sourcing, legal and HR.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in program or project management.
  • 3+ years’ experience cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • 3+ years’ experience defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
  • Understanding of human rights principles and labour standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for supplier site visits when required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing human rights and labour compliance remediation cases using established frameworks and SOPs.
  • Coaching suppliers through corrective action and remediation plans.
  • Gathering and verifying evidence that audit findings have been resolved.
  • Conducting supplier site visits to assess progress and provide guidance.
  • Coordinating with sourcing, legal, HR and cross-functional teams.
  • Escalating complex, high-risk cases to senior remediation specialists.
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives using data and case insights.
  • Identifying recurring themes and emerging risks across caseloads.
  • Developing deeper human rights expertise through training and shadowing.

We’re hiring a Supply Chain Analyst – Human Rights Compliance Specialist for a 12-month contract based in Dublin, supporting one of the world’s largest and most innovative global technology, e-commerce and logistics organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-impact team focused on protecting workers, strengthening supplier standards, and driving effective remediation across a complex international supply chain.

Role:
  • Managing human rights and labour compliance remediation cases using established frameworks and SOPs
  • Coaching suppliers and vendors through corrective action and remediation plans
  • Gathering and verifying evidence that audit findings have been effectively resolved
  • Conducting supplier site visits where required to assess progress and provide on-the-ground guidance
  • Coordinating with sourcing, supply chain, legal, HR and other cross-functional teams
  • Identifying blockers and escalating complex, high-risk or unusual cases to senior remediation specialists
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives using data, metrics and case insights
  • Identifying recurring themes and emerging risks across your caseload
  • Developing deeper human rights expertise through training, audit shadowing and ongoing skills development
Required Experience:
  • 3+ years’ experience in program or project management
  • 3+ years’ experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • 3+ years’ experience defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics
  • Understanding of human rights principles and labour standards
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working within established processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel for supplier site visits when required
Nice to have:
  • Experience with supplier audits, compliance programmes or issue resolution
  • Knowledge of international labour standards, including ILO Conventions and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
  • Experience using case management or compliance tracking systems
  • Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain or operational environments
  • A degree in human rights, international relations, business, supply chain or a related discipline
