Job summary

SRG is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage global Workday configurations and security, supporting HR across 150+ countries. The role focuses on system configuration, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal HCM functionality.

The position covers global Workday application support, workflows, reporting, and analytics in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Hybrid Dublin-based work arrangement with a 12-month contract and extension potential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or similar field.
• 7+ years’ experience in IT, Human Resources or HRIS Systems specialism.
• Workday configuration experience essential. You must have a good knowledge of system design, structure & administration; system configuration & workflow; user interface design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Previous experience in an international or Global organisation, due to the complexity & scale of projects & business operations you will be working with.
• Knowledge of system integrations, ensuring proper data flow of HRIS information to other systems.
• Ability to design custom reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the use of Workday including HCM Workflows, Self Service, Compensation, Security, Talent Management, Absence, Recruiting, and Reporting & Analytics.
• Partner with Senior Leadership including Compensation, Talent Acquisition and HR Business teams. Lead agile development of HRIS systems design requirements, configuration, testing and deployment on system functionality.
• Implement configuration changes to existing functionality.
• Assess functional configuration changes for impact to business processes and systems integrations.
• Complete system and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for any workflow or system issues.
• Develop system expertise for support of complex and new functionality.
• Complete mass uploads for complex events in Workday.
• Identify organization change management needs for ongoing user training and engagement.

Senior HRIS Analyst (Contract) - Global Scope

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

Contract: 12months contract (extendable)

We are seeking a Senior Analyst (HR Applications - Workday) for a Global Enterprise, operating across 150+ countries with manufacturing, technology, software development and related services activities.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will work within a global and culturally diverse environment on Global Workday Applications configurations, ensuring optimal system functionality across the worldwide business.

The Role

As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be analysing business requirements, providing Workday applications technical support, configuration and security maintenance while partnering with regional teams (Compensation, Talent Acquisition & HR Business) for HCM maintenance and optimal system functionality.
