Job summary

RECRUITERS, partnering with a leading construction company, hires a People Operations Manager to lead HR service delivery across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. You will shape people practices, optimise processes, and build a compliant, scalable HR landscape in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

You will manage a regional HR Operations team, drive data integrity, payroll data flows, and governance while partnering with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to support the full employee lifecycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ senior HR operations & people management experience.
• Proven experience managing HR teams across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
• Strong background in HRIS, HR data, and process governance.
• Solid understanding and practical use of RACI models.
• Experience with payroll processes and employment law (IE / UK / EU).
• Comfortable travelling to the UK weekly or bi-weekly.
• Background in construction, engineering, or complex environments is a plus.
• Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• CIPD Level 7 or postgraduate HR qualification highly desirable.
