Job summary

Centra in Dingle, County Kerry is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate the store team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering our renowned customer service at all times.

The successful candidate will organise workloads, delegate tasks, and support colleagues, while living Centra’s Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based values and helping the store meet its goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a customer service facing role is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
