Job summary

Centra in Ireland seeks a store supervisor to lead a team and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards and efficiency. The role focuses on coaching, rotation, merchandising and staff development in a high-pace retail environment.

You will drive customer satisfaction, model Centra values, and participate in introducing new processes and initiatives within the store, contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and to multitask under pressure.
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.

Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
