Job summary

Centra is seeking an Evening Supervisor at our Cabinteely store in South Dublin to lead and motivate a store team while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will help oversee daily operations, support training and development, and ensure policy compliance. The role includes liaising with management on layout changes and maintaining standard merchandising practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer service facing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and multi-task under pressure.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be

• Minimum 1 years€,, experience in a customer service facing role

• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store
