Job summary

Centra Mell is seeking a Retail Supervisor to manage and motivate the team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and customers receive outstanding service at all times.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years in a customer service role, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask under pressure, organise work, delegate tasks and support colleagues while upholding Centra brand values.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
