Job summary

Centra in Mallow is seeking a Supervisor to lead a frontline team and ensure outstanding customer service. You will manage daily store operations, motivate staff and uphold Centra's brand values in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to organise tasks, delegate duties and support team members on the shop floor. It also involves assisting with induction and training, handling customer queries

Qualifications

• 2 years`experience in a customer service facing role is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
