Job summary

SuperValu Granard in County Longford is seeking a retail store supervisor to manage and motivate the team, ensuring the store runs efficiently and customers receive outstanding service at all times.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer service role, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to staff development, merchandising, and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service facing role
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members
