Job summary

Centra in Ireland is seeking an experienced retail supervisor to lead a store team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will manage daily operations and support the management team to ensure a smooth and efficient store.

The role requires at least 1 year in a customer service role, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and to train and develop staff while maintaining Centra brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service facing role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and multi-task under pressure.
• Organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members.

Main purpose of the role:
Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
