Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting an Outbound Supervisor for a leading 3PL fulfilment operation in Ireland. You will own the day-to-day pick, pack and dispatch across e-commerce and retail, leading the operation and ensuring orders are accurate and shipped on time.

You will plan workloads, develop Team Leads and Supervisors, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and collaborate with Goods In and Stock Control. Experience with WMS and Office is essential, with a strong focus on accuracy and performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in fulfilment, warehouse, logistics or a similar operation.
• At least 2 years' experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor or Management role.
• Proven experience leading and developing Team Leads or Supervisors.
• Experience within fulfilment, e-commerce, retail or 3PL.
• Strong understanding of pick, pack, dispatch and carrier operations.
• Experience using a WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily pick, pack and dispatch operation, ensuring orders are accurate and shipped on time.
• Plan workloads and allocate resources to meet volumes and deadlines.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Leads and Supervisors.
• Monitor productivity and resolve operational bottlenecks and backlogs.
• Manage carrier collections, manifests and dispatch requirements.
• Monitor carrier and client SLAs, escalating issues where required.
• Liaise with clients regarding priorities, booking slots and special requirements.
• Work closely with Goods In and Stock Control on replenishment and stock issues.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, productivity and fulfilment performance.
• Produce daily and weekly reports for the Operations Management team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and SOPs.
• Promote a safe, positive and high-performing working environment.

Are you an experienced warehouse, fulfilment or logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
