Pay: Full-time - up to €30,000 per annum | Part-time - €15.80 per hour

About the Role

Smart Traders is looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Coordinator to support our daily order processing, warehouse operations and customer service.

You will help ensure orders are processed accurately, dispatched on time and delivered successfully, while keeping stock records up to date and the warehouse organised. The role also includes supporting customers with enquiries, order updates and after-sales issues, and working closely with couriers and logistics providers to resolve delivery problems.

This is a practical role combining warehouse duties, order administration and customer communication. On-site attendance at our Dublin 13 location is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily order fulfilment: Process, pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time. Prepare shipping labels, arrange courier collections and update order statuses.
• Order monitoring and issue resolution: Track shipments and proactively follow up on delayed orders, failed deliveries, missing parcels and other order-related issues until resolved.
• Customer service: Respond to customer enquiries through email and online sales channels, provide order and delivery updates, and handle complaints and after-sales queries professionally. Escalate issues where necessary.
• Customer and logistics coordination: Act as a point of contact between customers, couriers and logistics providers, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of delivery issues.
• Order administration and after-sales support: Handle order amendments and cancellations, coordinate returns, exchanges and refunds in line with company procedures, and maintain accurate records.
• Warehouse and inventory management: Receive and check incoming stock, organise storage areas, update inventory records, monitor stock levels and flag shortages. Maintain a clean, safe and orderly warehouse.
• Stocktaking: Carry out regular stock counts, reconcile physical stock with system records, and investigate and report discrepancies.

• The ability to commute reliably to our Dublin 13 location.

Preferred Experience and Location

Previous experience in order fulfilment, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management or customer service would be an advantage. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and shipping systems is also desirable.
