Job summary

IFSA is seeking a highly organised Student Experience Coordinator in Dublin to support international students from pre-arrival planning through programme completion. This full‑time role drives advising, co‑curricular programming, orientation delivery and hands‑on programme operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/ Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in study abroad, international education, higher education, student services, hospitality, programme management, tourism, youth work, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting students or young adults in a similar environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends during arrivals, orientations, excursions, and programme activities.
• Legal right to work in Ireland; physically reside in or around Dublin

Responsibilities

• Provide student advising and support throughout the study abroad journey.
• Lead and support pre-arrival webinars, arrivals, orientation programmes, excursions, cultural activities, and community engagement.
• Coordinate housing check-ins, airport arrivals, and departure logistics for Dublin-based programmes.
• Plan and deliver enriching co-curricular experiences that support intercultural learning and student engagement.
• Manage event logistics including bookings, transportation, attendance, communications, and risk management.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Ireland to ensure a consistent and high-quality student experience.
