Job summary

Institute for Study Abroad, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Student Experience Coordinator in Dublin to support international students from pre-arrival to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in study abroad, international education, or related field.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support pre-arrival webinars, arrivals, orientation, and community engagement.
• Coordinate housing check-ins, airport arrivals, and departure logistics for Dublin-based programmes.
• Manage programme operations, risk management, and student support throughout the study abroad journey.
• Collaborate with Ireland-wide and global colleagues to ensure consistent student experience.
