Job summary

IFSA in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented Student Experience Coordinator to support international undergraduate students from pre-arrival planning through programme completion. This full-time role focuses on advising, co-curricular programming, orientation delivery, and programme operations to deliver an exceptional study abroad experience.

The SEC collaborates with colleagues across IFSA's Global Health & Safety, Student Engagement, Academic Programmes, and Programme Operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in study abroad or related field.
• Experience supporting students or young adults.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
• Legal right to work in Ireland; reside in or around Dublin

Responsibilities

• Provide student advising and learning plan support.
• Coordinate pre-arrival webinars, arrivals, orientation, excursions.
• Deliver co-curricular experiences for intercultural learning.
• Manage event logistics and risk management.
• Maintain student data in Salesforce and other systems.
• Support health, safety, and emergency response.
