Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an Associate Consultant within the Transfer Agency Dealing team. You will support day-to-day TA Dealing activities, ensure service levels, and assist with complex queries across offshore and onshore teams.

You will help maintain procedures, monitor queues, coordinate workflows, and contribute to client reporting and process improvements in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience within Transfer Agency, Fund Administration or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of transfer agency operations and end-to-end dealing process.
• Ability to investigate and resolve operational queries with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned clients and support day-to-day TA Dealing activities.
• Provide operational and technical support to the Dealing team and resolve complex queries.
• Escalate material or higher-risk matters to the Consultant or Dealing Manager as needed.
• Oversee processing quality, timeliness, and offshore team activities.
• Prepare timely client and operational reporting including cash and register reporting.
