Job summary

MPG Recruitment is partnering with a growing Irish Managed IT Services Provider to hire an experienced Technical Account Manager. You will be the trusted technology adviser to a portfolio of clients, handling senior stakeholders and guiding on strategy rather than just fixing tickets.

You’ll run client review meetings, identify risks, align with the vCIO roadmap, and collaborate across Service Desk, Pro Services and Centralised Services. Irish work rights required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a TAM, IT Account Manager, Customer Success or Service Delivery role.
• MSP / outsourced IT background highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of M365, cloud, cybersecurity, networks & infrastructure.
• Confident communicating with directors and senior management.
• Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and isn’t afraid of a difficult conversation.
• Must have full working rights in Ireland.
• Full, clean driving licence and own car, for occasional client site visits.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across a client portfolio.
• Running client review meetings and driving through agreed actions.
• Reviewing client environments against best practice and identifying risks.
• Partnering with the vCIO team on roadmaps and technology strategy.
• Coordinating across Service Desk, Professional Services & Centralised Services.
• Supporting renewals and spotting opportunities to add real value for clients.
