Job summary

Chanelle is seeking a Talent Manager to lead talent acquisition, partner with leaders, manage recruitment agencies and drive a strong employer brand. The role blends strategic planning, operational delivery and people leadership in a hands-on management position.

Based onsite in Loughrea, Co Galway, with a hybrid policy after probation (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The successful candidate will develop DEI initiatives, workforce planning, and a positive candidate experience while supervising

Qualifications

• Third Level degree in Human Resources or Business
• 3-5 years experience at Talent Manager level
• Experience working with recruitment agencies and DEI initiatives

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve recruitment strategy, model and processes.
• Translate workforce plans into recruitment plans with leaders.
• Lead senior, specialist and difficult-to-fill hires and oversee agency partners.
• Develop employer-brand plans and manage DEI initiatives.
• Coordinate external DEI partnerships and supplier relationships.
• Build and manage a diverse, inclusive candidate experience.
• Lead and develop one direct report and foster a collaborative team.
