Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking a Talent Manager to lead the organisation’s talent acquisition, agency partnerships, employer branding and DEI agendas. You will work with business leaders to translate workforce plans into recruitment priorities, oversee agency partners, strengthen direct sourcing, and deliver an inclusive candidate experience.

The role requires hands-on management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement within a Pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Third Level degree in a relevant field of study, Human Resources or Business.
• Professional memberships / licences desirable.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Environment and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, recruitment agency management and employer-brand initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to translate workforce plans into prioritised recruitment plans.
• Oversee external agencies, internal mobility and direct-sourcing to meet business priorities.
• Coordinate DEI priorities and inclusive recruitment practices across the candidate journey.
• Set clear goals, plan execution, manage risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Build collaborative teams and foster psychological safety across the People & Culture function.
