Protex AI, based in Ireland, invites a graduate to join a fast‑growing global team spanning People, Operations, Facilities, Finance and Legal. You will help build operational foundations and support founders across multiple regions.

You will use AI tools daily, coordinate onboarding and admin, and contribute to cross‑functional projects in a dynamic startup environment where every day brings a new challenge.

Qualifications

• Degree-educated with a strong academic track record
• Genuine enthusiasm for joining a startup and curiosity daily
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI) in work/life
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and switch priorities quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication across cultures
• Proactive, self-motivated, and independent
• Discretion when handling sensitive information
• Comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy
• Fast learner who asks good questions

Responsibilities

• Support People team onboarding across regions, maintain HR records, coordinate interviews and events
• Assist cross-functional projects, gather data, draft updates and presentations
• Oversee office and facilities day-to-day operations and vendor relationships
• Provide finance support including PO creation, invoicing and expense tracking
• Offer diary management for Co-Founders and assist with special projects
