Job summary

Protex AI in Ireland is seeking a high-impact Fullstack Recruiter for a 12-month contract. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations, partnering with C-suite and department leads to shape our talent strategy and improve hiring velocity through AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS, AI, or tech startup ecosystem.
• Experience integrating AI tools, modern ATS platforms, and automated workflow software into daily recruitment processes.
• Strong ability to challenge, guide, and advise hiring managers as a true peer.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where processes need to be built or refined.

The Role

We are looking for a high-impact, Fullstack Recruiter to join us on a 12-month contract. In this role, you won't just execute on hires—you will help shape our talent strategy from the ground up.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations. Working directly alongside our C-suite and department leads, you will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging modern AI recruitment workflows to streamline talent delivery and championing strategic talent projects that elevate our employer brand and hiring operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Fullstack Talent Delivery: Manage full-lifecycle recruiting across technical and non-technical disciplines—from initial intake and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Strategic Advisory: Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to define talent requirements, benchmark talent markets, structure assessment criteria, and calibrate candidate profiles.
• AI & Modern Sourcing Integration: Leverage AI-powered tools and modern recruitment tech stacks to build deep talent pipelines, automate high-volume tasks, and optimize speed-to-hire without sacrificing quality.
• Special Talent Projects: Lead strategic initiatives outside of day-to-day sourcing, including candidate experience overhauls, employer branding campaigns, interviewer training modules, and ATS data optimisation.
• Data-Driven Operations: Track, report, and act on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, sourcing channels) to continuously optimize the talent acquisition machine.

• Track Record: 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS, AI, or tech startup ecosystem.
• AI Fluency: Proven experience integrating generative AI tools, modern ATS platforms, and automated workflow software into daily recruitment processes to drive efficiency.
• Business Acumen & Partnership: Strong ability to challenge, guide, and advise hiring managers as a true peer rather than a transactional order-taker.
• Agility & Ownership: Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where processes need to be built or refined on the fly.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated history of executing cross-functional talent projects alongside core hiring metrics.
