Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SMS messaging, including A2P, signaling and interoperability.
• Deep expertise in SMS messaging within enterprise/hyperscaler environments.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions with MNOs to evaluate API roadmap and commercial readiness.
• Proven track record in business development, sales or account management in telecoms.
• Extensive experience negotiating and contracting with MNOs globally.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lead cooperative efforts across project teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Exercises logic to define problems and draw conclusions; supports business objectives.
• Public relations skills for maintaining working relationships.
• Ability to analyze complex business and technical issues and implement solutions.

• Leverages MNO relationships to accelerate API readiness and favorable terms.
• Builds understanding of business direction, requirements and priorities across category.
