Jobgether SRL is seeking a Deployment Architect - Email & SMS / Messaging based in Ireland to lead enterprise messaging implementations from discovery through production launch. You will design scalable architectures, coordinate complex integrations, and drive repeatable deployment frameworks in a remote European setting.

The role requires 5–10 years in technical delivery, strong API/data experience, and knowledge of ESPs and 10DLC.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end enterprise messaging deployments from discovery to production launch.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to map requirements to scalable messaging architectures.
• Define integrations, data flows, APIs, account structures, and channel configurations.
• Assess ESP and messaging infrastructure; create migration plans to reduce risks and accelerate timelines.
• Coordinate activities across technical and business stakeholders, including testing, cutover, and launch readiness.
• Manage SMS provisioning, consent management, and regulatory dependencies.
• Collaborate with deliverability specialists on sender authentication and domain/IP strategy.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to identify risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop reusable deployment frameworks, documentation, and best practices.

As a Deployment Architect, you will lead enterprise Email and SMS implementations, guiding customers from technical discovery through migration and production launch. You will design scalable messaging architectures, coordinate complex integrations, and ensure reliable, compliant communication workflows. Working closely with customer teams, Product, Engineering, and deliverability specialists, you will resolve technical challenges and accelerate time-to-value. You will also develop repeatable implementation frameworks that improve efficiency and support organizational growth. This remote opportunity combines technical expertise, customer partnership, and project leadership in a high-impact environment.

Accountabilities

You will own end-to-end enterprise messaging deployments, translating customer requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring smooth migrations, reliable integrations, and successful production launches.

• Lead the complete deployment and migration lifecycle for enterprise Email and SMS customers, from technical discovery to production launch.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and implementation workshops to understand customer requirements and design scalable messaging architectures.
• Define and implement integrations, data flows, APIs, account structures, and channel configurations.
• Assess existing email service provider (ESP) and messaging infrastructure, developing migration plans that address dependencies, reduce risks, and accelerate implementation.
• Coordinate implementation activities across technical and business stakeholders, including configuration, integration, testing, validation, cutover, and launch readiness.
• Manage SMS provisioning and implementation, including sender setup and registration, consent and preference management, and carrier or regulatory dependencies.
• Collaborate with deliverability specialists on sender authentication, domain and IP strategy, warm-up processes, sender reputation, and deliverability readiness.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout deployments, proactively identifying architectural decisions, risks, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to resolve implementation challenges and communicate customer feedback, technical issues, and product gaps.
• Develop reusable implementation frameworks, documentation, tools, and best practices to improve deployment efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, professional services, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience implementing or migrating enterprise email, SMS, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, data integrations, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise architecture.
• Solid knowledge of messaging architecture, including sending domains and IPs, subscriber data, consent and preference management, and transactional versus marketing communications.
• Experience with SMS provisioning and implementation, including 10DLC, toll-free number or short code registration, consent management, and carrier requirements.
• Proven ability to lead complex enterprise implementations involving multiple technical teams, business stakeholders, and interdependent workstreams.
• Strong technical project management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously and guide technical decision-making throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Experience developing scalable implementation processes and frameworks that support product and organizational growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with platforms such as Adobe Campaign, MoEngage, Marketo, Eloqua, Attentive, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Responsys, SendGrid, Twilio, or comparable solutions.
