Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Payroll.
• Detail-oriented with analytical mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle complex Accounts Receivable tasks and period-end invoicing.
• Monitor fee information for errors in calculations and variances.
• Assist with training and development of new fee analysts.
• Prioritize daily tasks to ensure productivity, accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve inquiries.
• Resolve client/partner fee related inquiries promptly.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX processes.
• Research complex fee transactions and participate in process improvements.
