• Experience in AR, AP or payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex accounts receivable tasks including set-ups and invoicing for designated clients.
• Process cash applications, account openings and closing audits.
• Assist with training and development of junior analysts.
• Prioritize daily tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness in line with division guidelines.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and resolve billing issues.
• Investigate billing inquiries and drive timely resolution.
• Serve as a liaison with internal/external auditors and other operational areas on processes.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives and share best practices.
