Job summary

Northern Trust Corp. is seeking a Senior Analyst in its Fees Division in Ireland to manage complex Accounts Receivable, period-end invoicing, cash application and related audits. You will resolve billing issues, support compliance with SOX, and partner with business teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in finance operations is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or demonstrates knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Payroll.
• Detail-oriented, analytical with strong problem solving.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Accounts Receivable tasks including period-end invoicing for designated clients.
• Process cash application, account openings and closing audits; support billing projects.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues with business partners.
• Collaborate with Fee Billing, SOX, auditors and other areas for accurate invoicing.
• Train and develop new fee analysts and cross-train in Fees.
• Prioritize daily work to meet productivity and timeliness targets.
