Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Global Fee Management team in Limerick, Ireland, to manage complex Accounts Receivable activities, invoicing, cash applications, and client set-ups. The role requires collaboration with partners to ensure accurate billing and timely responses to inquiries.

You will train new analysts, monitor fee processes, and work with internal/external auditors to uphold SOX compliance and process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Related experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Payroll.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management, multitasking, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle complex Accounts Receivable tasks for designated clients.
• Process period-end invoicing, cash application, and client set-ups.
• Assist with training new fee analysts and support continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Respond to fee-related inquiries and liaison with auditors and Fee Leadership.
