Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland seeks a Senior Analyst to manage complex Accounts Receivable activities, from set-ups to period-end invoicing, cash application, and audits. You will resolve billing inquiries, support SOX/audits, and drive process improvements while partnering with functional teams.

You will mentor fee analysts, ensure timely billing, and maintain strong controls in a fast-paced environment. A degree and financial services knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Payroll.
• Detail-oriented, analytical with good problem solving.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex Accounts Receivable tasks and period-end invoicing.
• Monitor fee information and variances across accounts.
• Assist training of new fee analysts and ensure process compliance.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure accurate invoicing and issue resolution.
• Support internal/external requests and participate in process improvement projects.
