Qualifications

• 8+ years in semiconductor sales operations, channel/commercial operations, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of global semiconductor distribution and channel ecosystem.
• Commercial and financial acumen with pricing and margin management experience.
• Negotiation skills are an advantage.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit, Sales, Operations, Finance, and P&L teams to support objectives and profitability goals.
• Lead value-based pricing strategies aligned with BU objectives and market conditions.
• Lead interface for Strategic Customer Annual Price Negotiations.
• Serve as primary pricing contact for inquiries and decisions on existing and new business.
• Ensure strategic alignment and policy compliance with Sales and BU leadership.
• Support and optimize MACOM's global channel partner ecosystem.
• Act as Voice of the Customer internally to drive improvements.
• Identify, lead, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interface between customers, field sales, and operations for execution of programs.
• Lead select company-wide strategic projects and programs.
• Support demand planning, revenue forecasting, and BI activities.
