Job summary

MACOM, a global semiconductor leader, seeks a Senior Sales Operations Manager in Cork. The role spans revenue planning, pricing and margin management, analytics, CRM and sales process governance, and channel support, with cross-functional engagement across Global Sales, Operations, Finance and P&L leadership.

The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, optimize pricing policy, and advance commercial excellence to support MACOM’s growth and global expansion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor-related Sales Operations, Channel Management, Commercial Operations, Distribution, Supply Chain, Pricing or related functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of the global semiconductor distribution and channel ecosystem.
• Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, including pricing and margin management experience.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and prioritize activities that drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit, Sales, Operations, Finance, and P&L teams to support objectives and profitability.
• Lead pricing initiatives and negotiations with strategic customers.
• Support and optimize the global channel partner ecosystem.
• Act as a voice of the customer and manage escalations effectively.
• Develop executive-level analyses and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
