The Spencer Hotel, part of MHL Hotel Collection, seeks a commercially sharp Cluster Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy for one or more properties in Ireland.

Based at The Spencer Hotel, you’ll shape pricing, distribution and channel mix, analyse market trends, and partner with GMs and Reservations managers to drive performance and growth for Ireland’s second-largest hotel group.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver revenue strategies across your hotels.
• Analyse booking pace, competitor activity and market trends to optimise performance.
• Shape pricing, distribution and channel mix to maximise net revenue.
• Partner with GMs, DOSMs and Reservations Managers to embed a revenue culture.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with accuracy and impact.
• Lead the cluster reservations team and ensure best-in-class processes.
