Job summary

EMPOWERMENT is seeking a high-calibre Revenue Accounting Senior Manager to own revenue recognition, reporting and analysis for a portfolio of client projects. You will lead a small team, manage monthly closes, and partner with Project Finance, Operations and Commercial Finance to ensure robust inputs and clear analysis while applying ASC 606.

Qualifications

Experience in revenue accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of projects.
Proven ability to lead month-end/quarter-end close in a global environment.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Own revenue recognition for an assigned portfolio ensuring accuracy and timeliness under ASC 606.
Lead monthly and quarterly revenue close including journals and reconciliations.
Prepare revenue reporting, variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders.
Support governance, SOX compliance and audit with well-organised working papers.
Mentor and develop a small team and drive process improvements.
