Leadout Capital is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Recognition, to partner with Sales, Legal, Sales Operations and Pricing. You will review complex contracts for US GAAP, ensure proper revenue recognition, and support SOX compliance in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

The role requires strong ASC 606 knowledge, experience with audits, and collaboration across global teams. Advanced French, ACA/ACCA, and strong communication are highly valued.

Mansioni

• Work with Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing, and Legal during contract negotiations and provide suggestions and guidance in order to ensure proper Revenue recognition
• Review complex revenue contracts for compliance with US GAAP and determine the appropriate accounting treatment
• Engage with external auditors and understand/respond to the changes in the audit approach and implement global SFDC process improvements necessary to streamline the quarterly/annual reviews
• Advance the use of Agentic tools to deliver best in class support
• Maintain documentation for all review and compliance work completed
• Lead training on revenue recognition rules, policies and practices within the Company, and in particular within the Sales organization
• Deliver the highest standard of departmental, cross departmental and cross region customer service
• Work with the Revenue Recognition team and respective business partners to develop and maintain SOX Compliance
• Revenue reporting and analysis, as needed
• Lead and assist with other special projects, as needed
