Gilligan Black Recruitment seeks an experienced Commercial Bid Manager to lead the public-sector bid lifecycle, owning opportunities from identification through strategy, pricing, submission and handover. You will coordinate with Finance and Commercial teams and with senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end bids via portals like eTenders, crafting compelling responses and supporting tender process improvements across multiple opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing end-to-end bids/tenders.
• Strong knowledge of public-sector procurement and tender processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Cleaning, Security or similar B2B services is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Identify new opportunities through tender portals (eTenders and others).
• Develop bid strategies and compelling tender responses.
• Collaborate on pricing and costings with Finance and Commercial teams.
• Manage end-to-end bid/tender processes and deadlines.
• Maintain bid pipeline and tender library; support frameworks and compliance.
• Attend procurement meetings, site visits and presentations.
• Analyse feedback from unsuccessful bids and support handover of winning bids.
• Contribute to market intelligence and continuous improvement of the tender process.
