Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Commercial Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bids and tenders for public sector opportunities in Dublin (Hybrid work). You will own the bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through to strategy, pricing, submission and handover, coordinating with Finance and Commercial teams and stakeholders across the business.
