Primark is seeking a mid-senior Projects & CFE leader to drive strategic roll-outs across the store estate. You will own end-to-end delivery, balance pace with minimal disruption, and partner with Design, Procurement and external partners to deliver scalable, commercially viable solutions.

You will lead governance, safety, and continuous improvement while building cross-functional capability and delivering strong results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering construction and roll-out programmes within complex, multi-site environments.
• Strong technical understanding of fixtures, equipment and retail environments.
• Experience working closely with Design, Procurement, suppliers and manufacturers to translate concepts into practical solutions.
• Strong supply chain and supplier management experience across multiple project categories.

Responsabilidades

• Set the strategic direction for roll-outs and CFE programmes across the estate, aligning delivery with business priorities and growth ambitions.
• Lead a high-volume, multi-site portfolio of projects including store roll-outs, CFE, fixtures, equipment and retail environments.
• Own end-to-end delivery of CFE programmes from drawings and prototyping to deployment and estate-wide rollout.
• Partner with Design and key business functions to translate new retail concepts into scalable, viable solutions.
• Drive commercial and cost management to improve value, efficiency and ROI without compromising safety.
• Develop and manage a high-performing supply base with procurement on sourcing and performance.
• Lead governance and continuous improvement with health & safety, risk management and compliance.
• Provide strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across Property, Construction, Retail and external partners.
