Job summary

Primark is seeking a mid-senior Projects & CFE leader to drive strategic planning and delivery of all store roll-outs and CFE across the estate. You’ll balance pace with minimal disruption to trading stores while upholding brand standards.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage a high-volume portfolio, and collaborate with Design, Procurement and external partners to deliver scalable, commercially viable retail environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction and rollout programmes across multi-site environments.
• Experience delivering CFE projects at scale across regions/countries.
• Strong understanding of fixtures, equipment, retail environments, and deployment requirements.
• Experience coordinating with Design, Procurement, suppliers and manufacturers to translate concepts into scalable solutions.
• Supply chain and supplier management experience across multiple project categories.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for roll-outs and CFE programmes aligning with priorities and capital plans.
• Lead a high-volume, multi-site portfolio of projects ensuring timeliness, budget, quality and brand standards.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of CFE programmes from drawings to deployment.
• Collaborate with Design and business functions to translate concepts into viable solutions.
• Drive commercial and cost management, challenging specifications and supplier performance.
• Develop and manage a high-performing supplier network across fixtures, equipment, branding and enviro solutions.
• Embed health & safety, risk management and compliance across governance.
• Provide inclusive leadership and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
