Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Science or technology discipline with 5+ years in a project engineering role across multiple projects.
• Experience in the medical device sector is an advantage.
• PMP, Agile and/or Master’s in Project Management is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams across domains to drive successful completion of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, issues, threats, and milestones.
• Guide and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Align project objectives with broader organisational goals and long-term vision.
• Identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication with updates and concerns.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets.
• Adhere to quality control measures to meet project standards and objectives.
• Be adaptable to changes in project scope and requirements.
• Generate reports and documentation to track project progress.
• Ensure proper closure of projects and conduct post-project evaluations for lessons learned.
